"Quick As A Wink" 3/8" Ratchet Drive Positive Leverage Device. The Leverage tool makes closing a reserve the quickest and easiest since Cain still liked Abel.

12 inch version

6 inch version
This positive leverage tool reduces fatigue and shortens the time when closing a reserve over the traditional type of leverage device or T-bar. It has a unique feature of a square receptacle that accepts any common 3/8" drive tool such as a ratchet, torque wrench or breaker bar.
It works best with a push button release ratchet such as the Sears Craftsman model # 43187, (Sears item # 00943187000) or equivalent. It is machined from aircraft aluminum and is available in 6" or 12" lengths. It also comes with a conventional 9" T-bar handle in case you might not want to use a drive tool although I don't know why you wouldn't want to. I made the first one in 2001 and haven't used a T-bar handle since.
It is especially useful when partially compressing a pilot chute while clearing the fabric out of the spring. The additional length of the 12" model gives you the freedom of turning the drive tool or T-bar handle without bumping into the container. It is made from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum and is the same tool that I manufacture for Para-Gear except their 6" model does not have the T-bar handle.
6" Model $39.95 12" Model $49.95
(Does not include ratchet)
